Q: How can I become a wholesaler of DJK?

A: if you like to become a wholesaler of DJK, please fill out the application form which you may download a form from download page. Then fax or email back to us. We will assign an agent rate to you in the every 3 months. We will review your purchase and adjust to the advance level or keep in the premium rate.


Q: Do you custom made case if you don’t have any cases fit my gears?

A: We are a wholesaler. Usually we order a large quantity in the same model. If you think that you will order more that 6 cases, we will accept the order and have no extra handling fees. If you only order one case, we will apply $50 for each single item order and wait for 4 to 5 weeks.


Q: What is your company return policy?

A: We accept refund by any reasons. All returns must include return authorization # (RA). All returns for warranty repair, no warranty repair, dead on arrival (DOA), shipped wrong, or damaged is to be shipped prepaid. Any items shipped without RA # will be refused automatically. Any items found defective upon arrival is repaired under warranty immediately. All returns for exchange or credit must be shipped prepaid, in perfect condition, exhibit no scratches, never installed on a rack case, no cosmetic damages, sign of wear, and all proper paper work such as warranty card, instruction manuals, connecting cables must be included for proper exchange or credit. Any package not shipped to DJ Kits Enterprises prepaid will be refused. DJ Kits Enterprises does not issue call tags for any reason. The customer is responsible for all related shipping charges. Make sure you order the right item; there is a 15% re stocking fee. DJ Kits Enterprises does not participate in any price guarantee or offer any price protection of any kind.


Q: Do you have any Guarantee or warranty on DJK?

A: we provide a limit time Guarantee on our products (1 year). All products advertised on the website are brand new factory sealed models, unless otherwise specified on our products page. All of our products backed up by full factory and manufactures limitations warranty only. DJ Kits Enterprises does not offer any store or extended warranty of any kind. We will gladly ship your defective items that are under warranty to the manufacturer for you. There will be related shipping charges. For any non warranty repairs there will be a charge for parts, labor, any other charges applicable plus all shipping charges.


Q: What kind of shipping methods do you use if I am not in your local?

A: we mostly ship by FedEx Ground in 48 hours after pay. If item over size, over weight or secure reasons, we may choose Freight Company. A tracking number will email to buyer after shipped. Please contact us if you have not get item during a week after pay.


Q: What payment method do you accept?

A: We accept Pay Pal, Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express, and Money order. If you pay by company Check, it may take a longer time to clear money. Item will be shipped after your payment clear.


Q: How long do you take to delivery item to me after I pay?

A: Item will be picked by FedEx Ground in 48 hours after pay. It takes 4 to 5 business days within USA and Canada regularly. Some shipment may be delay 1 to 2 days. If you are in hurry and like to ship by air or expedite ship methods, please quote shipping fee. Rural areas will be taking up to 10 business days.
